How Cambium Analytica Ensures Quality

At Go Mental Coffee / Cooper's Cask Coffee, we partner with Cambium Analytica, a leading independent lab, to make sure every ingredient meets the highest standards of safety and quality.

The Testing Process

Sample Check-In
Ingredients are logged, labeled, and tracked through a secure system for full traceability.
Advanced Analysis
Using state-of-the-art equipment, Cambium tests for contaminants:
- Contaminants (heavy metals, pesticides, mycotoxins, microbes)
Certified Methods
All testing follows validated methods that meet FDA, USP, and industry standards, so results are accurate and reliable.
Clear Results
Each test produces a Certificate of Analysis (COA), giving us (and you) confidence that what’s on the label is what’s in the bag.

Double-Layer Testing for Every Ingredient

We don’t just take our suppliers’ word for it—we verify everything ourselves.

Vendor Testing
Every mushroom extract or blend we source comes with its own Certificate of Analysis (COA). That means the manufacturer has already tested that specific lot before it ever reaches us.
Our Testing
Once the raw materials arrive, we take it a step further. Using composited (bulk) testing, we combine samples from each lot of mushrooms and coffee beans and retest them in an independent lab. This ensures consistency across the entire shipment and confirms that the results match what’s on the vendor’s COA.

Why It Matters

By testing twice—first at the source, and again when it reaches us—we add an extra layer of protection and quality control. The result? Coffee that’s clean, safe, and exactly what we promise on the label.

Coffee's mission is to offer love and hope to those in need through funds from a great cup of coffee. We want to inspire and educate our coffee lovers in ways that enhance their experience with us and encourage them to be an outlet of hope for others.

We want to create a coffee culture that is built around quality, sociability, and affordability so that everyone can enjoy our product and share in our outreach. Our goal is to continue to grow our business in ways that will allow us to give more, this will include things like scholarships for local graduating seniors, food programs, and much more! We have BIG plans for coffee and appreciate you joining us on this journey!
