At Cooper’s Cask Coffee, our journey began with a passion for innovation—starting with our signature barrel-aged coffees, where single-origin beans are aged in freshly emptied whiskey, rum, and wine barrels to create uniquely rich flavor profiles. This dedication to quality and exploration led us to expand our offerings, and we now proudly feature over 30 single-origin coffees sourced from renowned regions worldwide, including Ethiopia, Kenya, Sumatra, and Rwanda. Each variety is carefully selected and roasted to highlight its distinct characteristics, allowing coffee enthusiasts to experience the diverse tastes and aromas that different terroirs have to offer.
Building upon this foundation, in 2024, we launched GO MENTAL COFFEE to explore the fusion of premium coffee with functional health benefits. Our mushroom coffee blends USDA Organic Grade 1 beans with high-quality mushroom like lion's mane, cordyceps, and reishi to name a few. By overseeing the entire production process in-house, we ensure each batch meets our rigorous standards, delivering a coffee that supports mental clarity and overall well-being without sacrificing flavor.
